This computer has been working out great for online teaching, it is easy to use, quick speed, and light weight to carry around. The number key pad is very handy for entering grades. After loading the updates everything seems to be working well. The only thing that could make this better is if it had a touch screen.

The HP laptop is good, but I don’t think HP put the second drive in. So, it went bad. The seller asked me to send the entire laptop back for testing. That’s reasonable, but the computer still worked on the C drive, and I didn’t want to be without it for a couple of weeks. I asked if I could just return the individual drive. They said the warranty didn’t cover that, and again, that’s understandable, but disappointing. With a bad drive, it did boot up slower, but after it booted up, the C drive worked normally. I did tests and then I replaced the drive at my own expense. And I tested the bad drive after it was out of the computer. Again, the HP laptop is good, but I don’t think HP put the D drive in, and it didn’t last long.
