I just received them but they really worked great. They sound pretty clean, they are functional with to skip or rewind songs. The microphone sounds good and the battery life has been extended. I like them a lot. Very practical.

Some things I liked about these: pretty decent sound quality, and the case is fairly small, good if you keep it in your pocket. However, it has one big issue…
The case is so small, that if you change to larger earbud cushions, which you’ll probably need to do since the ones that come standard are tiny, larger earbuds don’t fit in the case – it won’t close, and won’t charge! Without larger earbuds, you’ll get a very tinny sound. Fortunately, I have a bunch of other earbuds laying around, and I was finally able to find a pair that were better, but not perfect. So it loses most of it’s bass sound. Major problem. I stopped using these and gave them to my kid, since he has smaller ears.

I got these to wear on the plane and for after surgery. They worked fine the first 2 weeks I used them after surgery also the first day at the gym. After that the volume was really low in one than went low in the other. The sound goes and comes as it pleases and never works in both at the same time. You have to contact Phillips for help and trying to find the product on their site to get assistance is hectic. Working nights and trying to get issue resolved is a struggle.

ive had these for 1 1/2 months. they worked great, and stayed in my ears (unlike some other brands that ive tried.) the right earbud has now “stopped working”. the sound is very low compared to the left ear. i didnt drop it or do anything to it. oh well.

It is definitely better than Samsung kidney-like earbuds. They are more secured in the ears and have some more playing time. I’m also like that it hve is non touch bu press-in buttons, which work more reliable.
