If this product was actually renewed I couldn’t tell. I could have given it as a gift it looked so new. I’m not sure if I got lucky but my package was completely unopened and intact. These headphones are saving my life right now. My husband is abroad and I’m raising two daughters alone, working, and I’m in software engineering program. I finally can work without hearing their cartoons and jabbering. The silver is very stylish imo and it also is a good way to indicate when I have them on that Im not to be disturbed unless urgent

Compared to others, these are so nice. Very luxurious. Sound quality is crisp and Bose clarity (perfect). I’ve come to the conclusion that ANC is really noise reduction—but never cancelled or completely quiet. That just doesn’t exist. You will always hear some level of sound. So even at a full noise cancel level 10, you can easily hear someone talk at normal level. It won’t be 100% quiet. You hear about 30% of everything. Loud noises or conversations will 70% audible and perfectly understandable. If you’re cool with that, these are great. Where it gets good is that at a 10 and a 3-5 music level in the headphones you will hear nothing from the outside. That’s the real form of cancelling. So as I try to concentrate with others on their phones, to muffle ever out I need to have some kind of noise I’m listening to. Otherwise it’s hard to concentrate.

These headphones were fine and seemed completely brand new, so the discount is definitely worth it.
I returned the product because the built in mic only works via blue tooth connection, it does not work via aux port, which I needed to use these for work.
The noise canceling feature works very well with continuous noise but doesn’t work as well for speech/coworkers as much as the bose noise canceling ear buds for me.

So AWESOME sounding! I tried the 45 but I wasn’t happy with the “noise cancelling.” I could hear next to me talking and yes I turned off the aware mode. May be due to the bad fit. Can’t beat this model!

I bought these for my husband who works at home. We have 3 loud kids and I am always stressed out that they’re making too much noise for him to concentrate. I wish I had bought these sooner!! I compared these to the quiet comfort model and these FAR surpass the noise cancelling abilities of those. These are IMPRESSIVE for NC and sound quality. He loves that he can have a phone conversation and the background is quiet both for him AND the person on the other end of the line. If you need noise cancelling headphones for the NC feature specifically def get these!!
