I have been using this to charge my phone. I have an Apple iPhone and the phone jack works. Have it sitting on the side of the bed. Cord is an ample length. Glad to have the phone jack on it.

very nifty – especially for the extra space between the sockets – i’ve struggled so long with ordinary power strips and yet never gave a thought to looking for a better design – so i’m glad i came across this in the amazon recommendations
i haven’t made use of the usb jacks – but i’m sure i will eventually
i haven’t decided if i prefer this square design over the traditional long strip – i’d say for now that they are about equal in quality

Great power source for all tech including USB charger slots. No longer have to charge using my PC USB ports. Great quality and price. REMEMBER: This has an on/off switch next to where the cord comes out of the unit. I missed it at first!

I do not like cords showing. I was able to install this on the back of my coffee bar and secure the cord along the side so the cord only shows where I plugged it in. I like that I can plug in my coffee items and not see all the cords.

I like the size of this. It’s not very bulky, has plenty of outlets and they are well spaced so you can plug in more bulkier cords than a traditional power strip. and the whole thing takes up a lot less space. No more long strips for me. These are the way to go. A braided cable is also a great component over a traditional cord and allows the cord to be longer than normal too. Will definitely buy again if I need one.

I’ve got like three of these things now and they’re very useful for having on the wall. I have one set up behind a coffee bar and one above a couch, makes charging things very easy. Wouldn’t recommend as a floor unit unless you plan to just put it in the middle of the floor, since you’d be blocking off some of the outlets if it’s up against a corner or wall.

Just get it. You will thank me later , pro tip to use command tips on the back of this and you can mount it anywhere without needing to use the nail holes in the back .

This power strip is very compact for the number of outlets and usb connections it contains. The cord is heavy duty, and plenty long enough for taking power from one outlet in a room to another part of the room altogether (especially great if you’re renting a place where the outlets are placed too far apart).
I do use mine right beside my bed, where I can use the many usb connections to save space when charging my phone, e-reader, lamp, etc. I also plug in my tv I have sitting on top of the dresser at the foot of my bed. So all-in-all, extremely convenient.
I have a second one in the house being used on a loft bed, to take power from the wall outlet by the floor up to the top of the bed (while keeping the cord from being a possible choking hazard). That one also charges multiple things every night.
When I first tried to use it, I somehow did not realize that there is a power button on the box that needs to be pushed in order to use it. I think that’s a very handy feature to have, in a non-traditional package.
Overall, I think this is a great product, and have been using 2 of them in the house happily for several months with no issues. I will most likely buy more of them if I ever need another power strip.
