I have tried several different blue tooth headsets and I really like these. I can use them for any of my work computers, my home computer, and my phone.
There is only one thing I would change about them, the location of the power button. It is in the middle between the power port, and the volume buttons and is a little hard to find when wearing them. It would have been nice to have the power port and the sound buttons on one ear and the power button on it’s own on the other side. Still, a minor complaint.
These are comfortable and I can always hear well and others can hear me well.

I was pleasantly surprised by this headset’s arrival several days ahead of schedule from the USA to Singapore. I initially had problem getting the mic to work and contacted the seller who offered to replace this headset. But after some more exploring the headset, I got the mic to work. It turned out that I misunderstood the red light at the tip of the boom mic to mean LIVE, and vice-versa. The real situation is the Red light indicates the mic is muted. Now, the headset works well, and I used it for Zoom and MS Teams meetings and able to momentarily walk away from my computer during the meetings. Will buy again for its quality and superb customer service. 5 Stars rating here.

The design can be better with less pressure on ears, the stell must not curved like omega sign(Ω) and should be set on head like (∩) , the foam inside the ear is pressing the ear more it width should less.

I bought this headset (my first) primarily to use with my smartphone but ended up using it all the time with my smartphone and my computer (you can pair both at the same time). This is the Toyota of headphones. It does exactly what it needs to do without fault. I wish instead of saying battery: full, medium, low it would say the percentage left as that would be more informative. I wish there was a charging station or at least capable, to purchase separately if one wanted to, wireless charging would be really nice BUT for less than $50 it’s a must have if you’re not sure about buying a bluetooth headset. On top of that it has 45 hours battery-once you experience it you’ll never look at other headset with less talk time. It’s not perfect but I’m going to give it 5 stars. ALSO, I worn mine to the ground. After year and half of using it every day from the moment I wake up to the moment I go to bed (I work from home and do other things on my PC afterwards) boom mic started cutting out most likely from a looooot of movement, up and down etc. I submitted warranty claim with Jlabs – it was the easiest and quickest process I’ve experienced. They sent me a code for their online store to purchase new headset w/ free shipping. I’m actually very pleased with their product. I was looking for other replacement headphones that I could bluetooth with my android and PC but I really don’t feel like spending $250+ just so I could talk on the phone, not to mention battery time is less than half. So … Toyota it is! 🙂

Dit is een zeer goed werkende koptelefoon. Heeft voor mij 2 grote voordelen:
1. slechts één kee per week opladen (gebruik het ongeveer 2/3 uur per dag)
2. op 2 devices aan te sluiten, zodat mijn werkstation / smartphone gekoppeld zijn
Ook nog eens een sterk ontvangst. Kan gewoon op ruim 5 meter koffie maken en luisteren

I wear a headset 8 hours a day for work. I was looking for something more comfortable than my cheap corded headset that work provided. These are pretty comfortable. Sound quality is good, no one has complained about my mic quality so its probably decent as well.
During non-call times, I’m usually listening to video and I find the BT has quite a time lag. I’m not sure if this is the BT version on the headset or my computer. Its nice that these also have a corded option though if it becomes too annoying. I dont’ tend to use the controls- too difficult to remember how to control what, so I still just use the computer/mouse. But I do find the mute option with mic light a nice touch. Overall, its been a good value of quality vs. cost.

This wireless headset is very durable and seems like it will last. Had a wired Jabra since 2018. It was beginning to fall apart where it adjusts. The JLab has great clarity. It was easy to set up. I love the fact that I can be more mobile. Especially since I’m in meetings ALL day long. However, some days I have a headache by the end of the day with this headset. I’m Trying to adjust the headset or get used to it. A trucker style might have been a better option for me. I work from home and don’t have background noise. This would be great in a loud cube farm. I would have rated a 5 but the comfort and headaches made me rate it 4 out of 5. So far a great wireless head set

Pathetic product!! Microphone stopped working after 2 months of buy. I would never recommend this product to anyone.

I bought a pair of these just over a year ago and they’ve been my daily workhorse for work calls. I especially love that I can mute right on the headset even as I might be making coffee or walking around doing other things while listening in on a call where I might need to chime in occasionally. About a week ago my headset started cutting out on the microphone, like it was a short in the connection. I contacted Jlab support to see how the warranty works for this kind of thing. Within the same week I had a brand new headset shipped to me to replace mine and they said I still have a full year warranty left thanks to the 2 year original warranty. Now that is service I honestly did not expect from a relatively inexpensive headset purchase. While I do hope this new headset lasts longer, I know that I got my money’s worth at this point.

I use it with discord while working out on indoorbike (zwift). This headphone makes it easy to operate microphone mute while working out by pressing on the right headphone speaker. You see a red led on the mic tip illuminated when mute is active. Also easy to move the mic away.
So far the sound quality and comfort is perfect, with sweaty workout no problems
